Signs of Happiness, bring them on!

The camping area near my house has a lot of 4-wheelers and dirt bikes tearing up the roads, the "non-roads" and the trails. Finally, with all the rain, and erosion, the Boulder Ranger District have closed off one area and are "reclaiming" it. I was very happy to see a sign like this posted recently:

As if I couldn't be anymore random, here are some flower photos.
This peachy Begonia grows in a hanging basket under my deck.

These are some wildflowers mixed in with some Nepeta catmint. It is in my favorite homely milk jug vases. I bought this at thrift store, and have used it more than any other vase I own.

Last, but not least, my first lily of the summer bloomed! Name? Forgotten.

I am wishing for rain today. But I will water anyways, only 30% chance.

Rosey

Okay, I admit it. I'm addicted to your blog. Does that put a lot of pressure on you? Random blog posts are always the most enjoyable to me. The milk jug vases and the holder are fabulous. I'm not a good begonia grower and so enjoy seeing yours. The Forgotten Lily very nice. And HOORAY for restoration areas!

Hi Rosey, I like your milk jug vases--very 'quaint'. I just love your 'environment' out there...the 'country' and mountains and the fresh air (that I can just smell right now!)...you have a great place to live and garden! I know we've 'met' earlier, but to be honest, I haven't been reading your blog because there are so many to remember--so now, I'm following you so I can read you in my Google Reader when I have time. I hope you'll continue to have great garden fun this summer!

I'll bet they just go around the signs and start a new trail.

That milk jug vase set up is not homely at all! A most country chic vase set up for some lovely poseys. Here's to rain for you-and me too!

Hey Rosey, I love the color of that begonia. It looks so soft. Here's hoping you get some rain. We need it too!
